IntelligentAPI provides:

• API access to DACH region company data
• Business intelligence and analytics
• AI-powered company insights
• Market research tools and data exports

Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain security of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• One account per organization

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violation of these terms, including but not limited to: API abuse, data scraping, or illegal activities.

Acceptable Use

• Use API for legitimate business purposes
• Respect rate limits and quotas
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Do not share API keys with unauthorized parties

Prohibited Activities

• Bulk downloading or scraping of data
• Reselling or redistributing our data
• Using data for spam or unsolicited communications
• Creating competing services using our data

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
• Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
• All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes
• Payment processing via Stripe

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

• Data sources are limited to publicly available information
• We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures
• Regular security audits and updates

Your Responsibilities

When using our API, you agree to comply with applicable data protection laws and obtain necessary consents for your use of the data.

Our Rights

The IntelligentAPI service, including our API, documentation, and brand, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our API solely in accordance with these terms.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
